ViperSteel™ Framework

The Arch™, Utility, Guardian, and Crescent™ building framework is constructed with ViperSteel™ and clad with triple coated Gatorshield® corrosion barrier. Independent salt spray tests show that Gatorshield® provides a service life three times longer than conventional galvanized steel.

DuraWeave® Covers

The covers of the Arch™, Utility and Crescent™ buildings feature our exclusive cover material, DuraWeave®, and are virtually maintenance free. DuraWeave's® nonconductive properties provide a work environment that is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The fabric is water and air-tight, eliminating leaks and drips. At the same time, it allows a tremendous amount of natural light to transmit, reducing or eliminating the need for artificial lighting. The cover does not contain any metallic components and will not rust from exposure to water and air.

The double-stack, 12-ounce weave provides tremendous rip, tear and puncture resistance. A series of 10,000 lb. rated winches and zero-stretch belting ensures your covers stay tight and secure for years to come.

Warranty

Standard 3-year pro rata limited warranties are available on the DuraWeave® FR and DuraWeave® covers and main steel frame. Extended coverage up to 10 and 15 years respectively is available.
